Article Processing Charge (APC)

1 January 2020 - 31 December 2025 - Our Article Processing Charge has been fully waived since 1 January 2020 and will continue to be waived until 31 December 2025.

1 January 2026 onwards - For manuscripts submitted on or after 1 January 2026, if the manuscript is accepted, an Article Processing Charge of USD125.00 (excluding tax), will be charged per accepted manuscript. The 50% discount of our regular APC (USD250.00), per accepted manuscript applies until further notice. The Article Processing Charge will be due before the online publication of accepted articles. 

Life Sciences, Medicine and Biomedicine is an Open Access journal. To allow global audience access to the articles we publish, and to ensure every segment of the population has free and unlimited access to these resources, we work hard to keep the cost of the entire publication process as minimum as possible.

The journal uses internal financial resources, including very minimal income from the article processing charges from accepted manuscripts. 

Our Article Processing Charge is USD250.00. This charge is to process accepted manuscripts.

There are strictly no charges for manuscript submission or reviews.
